Workshops:
Join our pre-event workshop day for 3, 90-minute interactive
workshops where you will gain tangible techniques for effective
customer journey mapping, turning insights into action, and AI for
customer defect reduction.
IDGs:
Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) are round-robin style
sessions lead by an expert facilitator, in which delegates get
the opportunity to spend 30 minutes at 3 tables out of a choice
of 7. Participants engage with peers who share their interests,
tackling challenges and exchanging insights on the topics that
matter most to them. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative experience
designed to spark meaningful discussions and new ideas.
Roundtables:
Similar to IDGs, roundtables allow you to pick one table for 1
full hour of insightful discussion
Case Studies:
20 minute deep-dive presentations where speakers give
insights into a transformational project
Panel Discussions:
40 minute moderated conversations between 3-4 experts
where diverse perspectives are shared, followed by audience
engagement and Q&A.
Fireside Chats:
30-minute 1:1 conversations between a moderator and expert
speaker discussing their expertise and insights on a specific
topic
