PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Pediatric Health Campus in Dallas represents a transformative approach to pediatric healthcare
infrastructure. Delivered in partnership with UT Southwestern Medical Center, the $5 billion project will
expand inpatient, surgical, and ambulatory capacity while embedding flexibility for future models of
care. The development aims to create a scalable, future-ready hospital that meets the growing needs of
the North Texas community.
